Cooking as a healer

Beside running, reading and writing or blogging, I find cooking as a self healing as well. By the time I cook food, whatever it is, I start feeling so happy and less stress. Thanks to endorphin. It's something that our body produces.

Recently, as I wrote before at one of my posts, I always cook almost everyday. Especially at the weekend, I cook special recipes for instance Indonesian authentic cuisines, or other countries' foods mostly Italian pasta. I once cooked Thai's Tom Yam Goong. And the taste was really good.
