It's been a while (if it's not that long) that I didn't publish any post(s) in this blog. Especially after getting involved in this program of Management Trainee in my company. I feel like I don't (or never) have time to write. Blame this job, yet it's I enjoy the most so far.
Anyway, it's been 3 months I'm working in my current job. During that time, a lot of things happened in my life. Due to this job, I had to let go someone who I loved (actually she did break up with me).
But, once said life must go on. I focus on my job. My new life. Meet with new people helps me forget about the heartbreak.
During the 3 months of working (training as MT), I learned a lot of things. I learned how to manage relations both with my superiors and subordinates. How to face the problems that came and immediatly solved it. It all taught me how to be mature.
